Hockey Tasmania's History Project

We are currently in the process of pulling together a lot of historical information for digital archiving and online accessibility.

Robyn McCambridge and Alison Monk have been working on HT/HS/SHA/STWHA/THA/TWHA historical records and hope to eventually have lots of information added to the HT website. They have been given access to one of the old change rooms at the THC to store current and old trophies, annual reports, files and memorabilia - this is an evolving archives room, which still needs much work as we need shelving and filing cabinets to properly store items. 

If any of your current or retired club members have an interest in getting involved with our "HT History & Memorabilia Working Group'', we'd love to hear from you!

If anyone in your club has any old files or memorabilia especially from THA/TWHA days they think may be of interest to add to our records, please let us know? 

We were excited to see a recent FB post with photos of UNI PL premiership teams. This led me to think how great it would be to include these details on the HT website on the Southern Comp page. You will currently see listed at the bottom of this page the Southern Perpetual Trophies. We'd love to see Premiership team photos and team lists also added! 

Could you help by sending us any photos and team lists you may have of your premiership teams, from any grades/years? 

We have been compiling data on premiership winners - it is a work in progress, but please let us know if you'd like to see the records to remind you of the years your club has won premierships.
