Refund 2020

Hockey Tasmania has finalised the refund process for the 2020 season for anyone who had paid full fees before the reduction to Hockey Tasmania’s registration fees due to the shortened season.

As per the approved recommendation by Hockey Tasmania’s Board and Management, Hockey Tasmania has removed all junior registration fees – a saving of $31.50 per player – and removed the $5 Stick2Hockey charge as well. Senior registrations will be charged the Half Season Senior Flexi rate, regardless of the number of games played, of $40 rather than $77 (HT portion).

All requests for refunds, for those who have paid the full 2020 registration, are to be directed to the Hockey Tasmania Finance Officer Karen Toates at accounts@hockeytasmania.com.au by Friday July 17, 2020.  We ask you to complete the “Refund Requests” spreadsheet with each family member on a separate line and email the spreadsheet to Karen.  Please call Karen on 03 6228 7919 if you have any questions in this regard.  Processing the refunds will commence after that date.

If you would like to financially support Hockey Tasmania during this period by donating your refund directly back into the sport you can do so by simply not submitting a request for a 2020 refund. No requests will be accepted after the cutoff date of Friday 17 July 2020.

  1. Download “Refund Requests” Excel spreadsheet.
  2. Fill in all your details.
  3. For any additional family members fill in their details separately on another line in the same spreadsheet.
  4. Save the spreadsheet.
  5. Return the completed spreadsheet to accounts@hockeytasmania.com.au with the subject heading including your name and “2020 Season Refund Request”.
  6. Request cutoff date is Friday 17 July 2020.
