Venue: Newcastle International Hockey Centre
Dates: 14 - 18 March (or 19 March pending numbers of entries).
Approx. Cost: $800 plus airfare
If you are interested in participating in the Invitational Tournament, please complete the Expression of Interest form. Nominations close 8th December 2021.
Please note: Hockey Tasmania’s priority is to support entry into the National Championships in Cairns in September 2022 (see below)
If you choose to nominate to participate in the Invitational Tournament in Newcastle, please ensure you have enough leave and funds available to also be able to nominate and participate in the Nationals in Cairns later in the year.
WOMEN’S MASTERS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022
The Women’s Masters National Championships 2022 will be held in Cairns
Venue: Cairns, North Cairns Hockey Facility

We will be continuing our alliance with South Australia Women’s Masters to provide as many as possible masters’ players in both states the opportunity to compete in their own age group at the National Championships.
We expect that Australian teams will be selected at these championships, to compete in the Masters Trans-Tasman Challenge in 2023.
If you are interested in being considered for inclusion in a representative team to compete in Cairns, please complete the Expression of Interest form.
Please note: Hockey Tasmania’s priority is to support entry into the National Championships in Cairns in September 2022.
Further, we are aware of conversations starting around selection for Masters World Cups in 2022. There is work being done on selection policy and reviewing the conditions required for teams to participate. Information on this will be shared when available.
