2023 State Club Cup Coordinator

Hockey Tasmania is seeking a volunteer to to take on the role of State Club Cup Coordinator for 2023.

The main duties of the Coordinator will be to lead the organisation of the Cup competition for 2023 and assist in planning the 2024 Cup competition, following the guidelines and the existing Cup schedule.

The Cup Coordinator with work directly with Hockey Tasmania to ensure communication of dates and times for Cup ties are met, planning for future Cup ties is on track, teams and clubs are informed of their obligations under the guidelines, and will support the Tournament Director and the Umpire Manager.

We're looking for an organised individual with strong communication skills to act as a liaison between all the various parties involved in the Cup, from clubs and teams, to Hockey Tasmania staff, volunteers, and tournament officials.

The role does not require the Coordinator to attend any Cup matches or travel around the state.

Would require less than 30 minutes a week for most weeks, with time increasing slightly around key dates.
