U16 State Championships 2023/24

This year’s u16 state championships will be hosted in Devonport at Meercroft park. This event will be the first event that is part of the new State Championship model that Hockey Tasmania are introducing into their pathway system. This event will act as a trial for the new system, Hockey Tasmania will collate feedback post event and assess whether we will continue with the proposed pathway system.

Hockey Tasmania are seeking nominations for the following positions for each of the regional teams that will be competing in the State Championships:

Head Coach

Team Manager

Assistant Coach (Where needed)

Nominations will close on the 1st November at 9am.

Each region will have a boys and girls team entered into the event with the South entering 2 teams, the full schedule for the championships is below:
