Player insurance claim procedures
Hockey Tasmania participates in a nationwide insurance program provided by Honan Insurance Group. For an over view of the type of things that might be included in your player insurance and what is generally not included checkout this flyer.
For all your hockey insurance needs or general enquiries please use the Honan Hockey insurance portal.

For personal injuries please use the Honan Personal Injury Insurance section.
Please ensure you have also filled out a Hockey Tasmania Injury Record Form and submitted it to the Hockey Tasmania administration officer: admin@hockeytasmania.com.au
