Hockey Tasmania (HT) is the state sporting organisation responsible for the development, coordination and promotion of hockey in Tasmania. HT is seeking applicants for the part-time role of Northern Hockey Centre Supervisor.
This position is primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the gate, grounds, kiosk and bar including stock control, finances and cleaning.
The role includes:
The maintenance and the upkeep of the Northern Hockey Centre at St Leonards
- Effective supervision of the facility including the gate, grounds, kiosk and bar rosters/staff.
- Timely reporting of activities and HT paperwork and requirements.
- Assist and support all regional competition rosters in conjunction with the Northern Competitions Committees.
- Assisting in delivering participation, school and athlete development programs at the Northern Hockey Centre.
- Maintaining close and positive working relationships with all HT staff, clubs and key stakeholders.
The successful applicant will need to be available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends, and must be a permanent resident of Australia.
