Hockey Tasmania 2020 Annual Report And Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hockey Tasmania for 2020 was held on Monday 31 May 2021 at the Tasmanian Hockey Centre and online via teleconference.
The 2020 Annual Report was approved and is available in digital form on the Hockey Tasmania website here.
During the AGM the motion was carried to change the Hockey Tasmania constitution to address gender diversity on the Board, adding the provision for one gender to make up no fewer than 3 members, unless the total number of Directors is nine in which case the minimum shall be four.
A working group was formed to review the Hockey Tasmania Constitution.
Long-serving auditor Accru Hobart advised Hockey Tasmania that they and no longer available to perform future audits of our financial statements. The Finance and Audit Committee recommended the appointment of Bentley’s as the new auditor and the motion was carried.
