Hockey in the Southern Region
In the southern region of Tasmania the majority of hockey competitions are played out of the iconic multi-turf Tasmanian Hockey Centre in New Town, Hobart.
There are senior, junior, school, and Masters competitions running either in the winter months, the summer months, or both. This includes the Salters Hire Premier League competition, the elite Women's and Men's club competition which features current and former international players, Sultana Bran Hockey One players, and some of the best senior and rising stars of Tasmanian hockey.
Use the Find a Club feature to locate and contact your nearest club in the region, or go to the Hockey Tasmania Registration Hub to register today.
